With a history of a thousand years, Lajim Tower is located in a village of the same name. The circular plan, domed roof, 18 meters height, two inscriptions in Kufic and Pahlavi scripts, and beautiful stuccoes are the features of Lajim Tower that captivate every viewer.
This tower is the tomb of Kia Abolkhwares ibn Shahryar from the Bavandian family, belonging to Esmail Abolfouras Shahryar ibn Abbas. The name of the builder and the year of construction are also written on the tower's inscriptions with stucco. Lajim Tower, which is 1000 years old and belongs to the Sassanid era, is located in a village of the same name. This tower is a valuable ancient structure and one of the most important tourist attractions of Savadkuh. Brick and sarooj were used in the construction of Lajim Tower.
