Basij Park of Tehran

 Basat Park is a combination of nature and recreational facilities

Basat Park, one of the recreational places in Tehran, was inaugurated in 1973 after the demolition of old brick kilns in District 16 of Tehran.

This park, with organic design and the use of various plant species such as poplar, elm, plane tree, cypress, ash, oak, sidr, hawthorn, redbud, acacia, weeping willow, poplar, and pine, has created a green and pleasant space for visitors.

Basat Park includes a collection of recreational and welfare facilities:

Fountain and lake: creating a peaceful and scenic space.

Library: a suitable place for study and research.

Greenhouses: a world of botanical beauties.

Open-air amphitheater: a space for cultural and artistic events.
