Dr. Eghtedari's house was built about 150 years ago during the Qajar era in the center of Tuyserkan city by Agha Reza Mahmoudi. The building style is of the central courtyard type, meaning the building consists of four central courtyards. This historic two-story house has a ground floor ceiling decorated with vaults and brickwork, which is considered one of the main decorations of the building, and the upper floor ceiling uses wooden beams. This house had a private qanat that supplied all the central courtyards and filled their pools, significantly impacting the green space of the houses.
