Sialan Peak, which locals also call «Siolan», is a mountain located in the central Alborz mountainous region on the border of Qazvin and Mazandaran provinces. This mountain borders the Daryasar plain and Dohezar valley to the north and the Rudbar Alamut Sharqi district of Qazvin to the south.
This peak is 4175 meters above sea level and has two shelters. These shelters are located on the northern and southern parts of the peak. From the summit of Sialan, you can see Shah Rashid Peak, Alam Kuh Peak, the Takht-e Suleiman mountains, Salmas Peak, and part of Damavand Peak.
