Description

The tomb of Sheikh Hossein Khan Chah Kutahi, built during the Qajar era, is one of the valuable historical monuments and tourist attractions of Bushehr. Sheikh Hossein Khan Chah Kutahi, known by the title «Salar Islam», played a major role in the resistance of the people of southern Iran during World War I. He was a prominent contemporary of Rais Ali Delvari and bravely stood against the British invasion of Tangestan. This tomb has been registered as one of Iran's national monuments and is located next to the shrine of Imamzadeh Abdolmohimen.
