The Bandar Abbas Water Museum is one of the most interesting tourist attractions in Bandar Abbas. The building of this museum dates back to the Safavid era and has been beautifully restored today. By touring this museum, you can gain a good understanding of historical artifacts and buildings related to various water fields. The creation and operation of the Water Museum is one of the ways to present and display human effort and hard work in digging water wells and qanats, preserving the value of this ancient heritage, and also maintaining and introducing tools and objects related to their excavation. In the Water Museum, items such as various jugs, types of water jars called Kurosh, stone jars (Moo), the base of a waterskin (Mashk Taroz), and photos of water containers, water wells, and ox-wheel wells are displayed.
