Gas Station Museum
The Darvazeh Dowlat Gas Station Museum is the third specialized oil museum in the country and one of the most unique tourist attractions in Tehran. This museum is known as the oldest gas station in Tehran, which still remains in its original form. The Darvazeh Dowlat Gas Station Museum tells an interesting story about the oil supply system during the reign of Reza Shah Pahlavi.
Among the various sections of the Gas Station Museum are display showcases with special lighting, a symbolic oil queue with mannequins, oil and gasoline-related objects such as cans, funnels, ration coupons, an explosion section, tanks, fuel tankers, a drainage pool, old cars, and a collection of gas station products.
