The Tomb of Two Kamals in Tabriz is the burial place of Kamal al-Din Masoud Khujandi, a renowned poet of the 8th and 9th centuries AH, and Kamal al-Din Behzad, a prominent painter of the 10th century. This tomb has also been the resting place for several other artists, though the exact burial locations of some are unknown. In the 1970s (1350s in the Iranian calendar), the tomb was renovated and a commemorative plaque was installed. In the 2010s (1390s in the Iranian calendar), the Cultural Heritage Organization converted this site into an educational center named the University of Two Kamals, which includes classrooms, studios, a specialized library, a museum, and a painting gallery.
