Imamzadeh Alireza Sartaq Bandar Gaz

Imamzadeh Alireza is located in the village of Sartaq, a part of Bandar Gaz county, and is also known as Masoomzadeh Sartaq. This shrine is the burial place of one who escaped the troops of Mamun and after living secretly in this area, was eventually martyred. His genealogy can be seen on a plaque inside the shrine courtyard. This Imamzadeh is one of the tourist attractions of Bandar Gaz and especially hosts mourners during Muharram ceremonies.
