Imamzadeh Mohsen in Ramsar is one of the important and popular religious and historical buildings of this city. According to the genealogy and popular belief, Imamzadeh Mohsen is a descendant of Imam Hasan Mojtaba (AS). However, in some sources, he is also mentioned as a descendant of Imam Musa Kazim (AS).
The main building of the Imamzadeh has a conical dome (conical Nari) in green color, which is one of the distinctive features of northern Iranian architecture and can be easily recognized from afar.
The current building is a combination of traditional and modern architecture and has been developed and renovated in recent years.
The interior space of the shrine is decorated with mirror work and tile work.
