The Chehelston Ashraf Garden is one of the tourist attractions of Behshahr during the Safavid era, a place for Shah Abbas to host his guests in a pleasant climate. Hundreds of years ago, pits were designed around this garden to place candles inside them and illuminate the garden space. Shah Abbas named the Chehelston Garden after Ashraf because of his affection for his mother Ashraf Almoluk.
In the Chehelston Ashraf Garden, now called Behshahr National Park, trees such as orange, cypress, lemon, persimmon, mulberry, pomegranate, and rose have grown.
