No iron pieces were used in the construction of this Hosseiniyeh, and the use of free wood, sarooj mortar, baked bricks, and plaster has strengthened its structure. Architects and workers from Isfahan played a significant role in building the Takyeh Pir Alam.
Takyeh Pir Alam, which houses the oldest Alam in Babol, is a pilgrimage site for people and a place for mourning by chest-beating and chain-beating groups, as well as for sacrifices and charity by the local people and other cities of the province. The Alam placed in this Takyeh possesses special miracles.
