Almistaan Forest Amol

The Almistaan forest or summer resort is the name of a beautiful mountainous area next to a village of the same name, located 30 kilometers from Amol along the Haraz road.

On the Haraz road, you must exit the road from a bridge leading to the village of Lahash, and after continuing on a dirt road, you will reach near the first plain.

Then you can reach the second plain, which is on top of the mountain and among the forest, with a half-hour walk. The second plain is usually foggy and wild horses are scattered there.

If the weather is favorable, you can camp and enjoy the nature with a view of the Damavand peak.
