Shrine of Shah Abdol Azim Hasani
It is impossible that you have gone to Tehran with your family and elders and have not visited the Shrine of Shah Abdol Azim. It seems that for mothers and grandmothers, no trip or excursion is complete without visiting the Shrine of Shah Abdol Azim. Shah Abdol Azim Hasani was one of the descendants of Imam Hasan Mojtaba who was buried in the Shahr-e Rey area.
Over many years, the shrine of this revered Imamzadeh has been repeatedly rebuilt and restored, but the Ilkhanid periods initially and the Safavid and Qajar periods later were particularly active in the construction and restoration of the shrine. The tombs of many famous people are also located in the Shrine of Shah Abdol Azim Hasani, including Sattar Khan, Sheikh Mohammad Khiabani, Mohammad Qazvini, and Naser al-Din Shah Qajar. For this reason, it has become one of the most important tourist attractions in Tehran.
