Khanqah of Zahedan
The word Khanqah means a place of worship; this place was the residence, education center, and gathering place for dervishes. The order to build the Khanqah of Zahedan was issued during the first Pahlavi era and it became one of the most important places of worship of that period.
The architecture of this Khanqah is simple and its design is inspired by the Islamic era, and the facade of this place is decorated with brickwork and tilework.
