Description

The village of Analoujeh, located on the southeastern slope of Dalankouh, lies between the cities of Chadegan and Daran. The village was originally called Ilcheh, derived from the word "Il"; because the origin of the inhabitants of this Turkic-speaking village traces back to the Qashqai tribe of Shiraz. This name changed after about 300 years to Ilancheh and Analoucheh until it reached its current common form, Analoujeh.

The village of Analoujeh has a mountainous climate, with cold and rainy winters and cool, pleasant summers. One of the most important sights of the village is its historic cemetery, which dates back 250 years to the Zand period and is registered on Iran's national heritage list.
