Friendship Dam of Sarakhs
The Harirud is a border river between Iran and Turkmenistan. With the cooperation of both countries, a dam has been built along this river, named the Friendship Dam. The lake behind the dam is called Friendship Lake by the people and has given the area a beautiful appearance. This lake supplies drinking and agricultural water to the nearby cities.
