Behesht Cultural Center Mashhad

Behesht Cultural Center in Mashhad is one of the valuable historical and cultural buildings of the city of Mashhad, whose roots date back to the early 14th century solar calendar. This building, which was initially used as Mostofi High School, after going through periods such as a wedding hall and a short time of disuse, was finally transformed into one of the most important cultural centers of the city by the efforts of Mashhad Municipality. In the early 14th century solar calendar, this building was established as Mostofi High School and played an important role in the education of the city. After a while, the use of this building changed and it became a wedding hall. Considering the historical and architectural value of this building, Mashhad Municipality decided to restore and renovate it, and finally in 2004 it was put into operation as Behesht Cultural Center.

Also, this attraction was registered on the national heritage list of Iran with the number 12070 in Tir 2005 (July 2005) to be protected as a cultural heritage of the country from then on.
