Jalali Castle and Seljuk Wall are located in the historic fabric of Kashan city and near other relics from ancient times, consisting of two tall adobe walls that are remnants of the Seljuk era fortification. This historic structure was an impregnable fortress in the old days, built in the 5th century AH by a man named Khwaja Majd al-Din Abu al-Qasim Kashani, who was a powerful figure in the Seljuk government. This impregnable fortress has saved the people of Kashan several times from invaders and looters.
