This castle is also known as the White Fortress and dates back to the pre-Islamic era. It is located on a mountain height and can be accessed from the north, south, east, and west sides of the mountain. The castle is surrounded by towers and gates that were used in the past to protect it.
Other names used for the White Castle include Sepidz, Sepid Dezh, and Sefid Qaleh. The castle was once destroyed by Hulagu Khan and once by Timur Gurkani, yet it still remains a historic and ancient castle in Mamasani that can be visited.
