Pamenar Mosque is one of the tourist attractions of Sabzevar
The name Pamenar reminds all of us of a neighborhood in Tehran, but Pamenar is also the name of a mosque that is one of the tourist attractions of Sabzevar. Pamenar is one of the oldest mosques in the city of Sabzevar and has now become one of the most beautiful tourist attractions in Sabzevar. Visiting this mosque is free. This mosque, one of the tourist attractions of Sabzevar, is made of brick and adobe and has 13 pillars. The main building was constructed during the Safavid era but has been repaired several times, and during the reign of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, a beautiful entrance gate was added. The minaret of the mosque dates back to the 3rd century AH and is one of the excellent historical examples of Sabzevar.
