Parvand Protected Area
The Parvand Protected Area, with an area of about 16,900 hectares, is located west of the village of Parvand, a part of Sabzevar County. This area is one of the tourist attractions of Sabzevar where you can see beautiful animals and important plant cover. The Parvand Protected Area has a completely mountainous appearance but a dry climate. Therefore, summer is not a suitable season to travel to this area. Among the plant species in the area are Tamarisk, wild almond, Qich, hawthorn, Astragalus, wild pistachio, saltbush, Drimys, yarrow, and Atriplex. If you have the chance to visit this beautiful area, be careful where you step so as not to trample these important plants. Do not forget that littering can easily kill the beautiful animal species of this area.
