The Mehrparvar House has an area of about 360 rectangular meters on both sides of a large courtyard, featuring two main northern and southern fronts. Based on the architectural style (two northern-southern fronts), types of vaulting, the shape and expansion of the central plan, the type of prefabricated brick decorations, and the functions of the northern front spaces and the basement of the house, the roof beams indicate the construction date belongs to the late Qajar period and early Pahlavi I era.
The construction date can be attributed to the late Qajar period and early Pahlavi I era. Najafabad Municipality undertook restoration and renovation of this historic house in 2014 and subsequently converted this complex into the Anthropology Museum of Najafabad city. This complex is recognized as one of the tourist attractions of Najafabad and includes the Anthropology Museum of Documents and the Museum of Antiquities.
