Dasht-e Naz Wildlife Refuge
Located 25 kilometers northeast of Sari, the Dasht-e Naz Wildlife Refuge covers an area of about 55 hectares and is considered one of the best attractions of Sari. This protected area is the habitat of the Iranian yellow deer, which is a rare and endangered species. Visitors can, with prior coordination and obtaining a permit from the Environmental Organization, watch these beautiful deer in their natural environment.
