Shaghāb Cemetery

At first glance, cemeteries may not seem like tourist attractions, but Shaghāb Cemetery is one of the most important and mysterious sights in Bushehr. This ancient cemetery belongs to the Parthian and Sasanian eras and contains tombs shaped like stone chambers.

Archaeologists have found items such as coins, pottery, and human bones in this area, all signs of an ancient civilization in this part of southern Iran. This cemetery is one of the few historical cemeteries in the country that is still well preserved.
