The tomb of Pir Bakran is the burial place of Muhammad ibn Bakran, known as Pir Bakran, one of the famous mystics and teachers of the 7th century AH, located in Pir Bakran, a district of Falavarjan. He lived and taught in this place about 750 years ago and was buried here after his death. The precious gravestone inscription of Muhammad ibn Bakran, written in Kufic and Thuluth scripts and plastered, contains verses, blessings on the Imams, and descriptions of Muhammad ibn Bakran. It also mentions his date of death (Tuesday, the tenth of Rabi' al-Awwal, 703 AH). The tomb of Pir Bakran dates back to the Ilkhanate period. This historical monument was registered as one of Iran's national heritage sites on 15 Dey 1310 (January 5, 1932) with the number 101. Get directions.
