Tomb of Amir Oveis
The mausoleum of one of the commanders of the Ismail Safavid era, namely Amir Oveis, is located in the village of Mahabad Ardestan. Beautiful carvings and poems by Jami, Saadi, and Hafez are inscribed on the tombstone of this great man, giving it a beautiful appearance. The people of Ardestan call this building the White Stone because this marble shines like silver in the sunlight. There is an arched corridor, a circular staircase around the building, and a domed room in this area, which are masterpieces of the Safavid era.
