Baba Ali and Pir Ali
The previous building, which was made of adobe and clay, was demolished in the year 1379 of the Solar Hijri calendar, and the current building was constructed in its place. It is about four meters above the road level and can be accessed from the south and north sides of its courtyard by several staircases.
On the entrance door, there is an inscription that reads: The shrine of the manifestation of Imamzadeh Baba Pir Ali, known as Pir Ali, which was built and installed in the year 1382 of the Solar Hijri calendar under the supervision of the Endowments and Charity Affairs Department and with the cooperation of the trustees and the assistance of benevolent people. Made and engraved by Seyyed Mohsen Ahmadi.”
It is said that the person buried in this tomb is Aba Ali Hasan ibn Abi Ja'far Muhammad ibn Hasan al-Basri ibn Qaim ibn Muhammad al-Bathani ibn Qasim ibn Hasan ibn Zayd ibn Imam Hasan (peace be upon him).
