The construction period of the ancient Makroud stone bath dates back to the late Qajar era. This historical monument was registered as a national heritage in 2007 and is now part of the country's national heritage. Unfortunately, the locals have only made efforts to register this bath as a national monument, and no efforts have been made by the authorities to preserve and maintain it. This stone bath has an ancient history and generations have bathed in it, but now it has turned into a ruin that only carries the title of a national monument.
