The historical castle «Bashqurtaran» or «Qez Qal'eh Si» is located 1.5 kilometers south of the village of Bashqurtaran on top of a mountain, which after a steep path, allows access to it. This castle is in the village of Bashqurtaran in the Shirin Su district of Kabudarahang County and is at the northernmost point of Hamadan Province.
